We updated the calendar with this week’s events. Check it out!

The Ol’ Cowpoke will show the “Dynamic Duo” of Holt and O’Brien at Thursday’s meeting:

First Feature will be “Thunder Mountain” with Tim Holt, Martha Hyer, Richard

Martin and Steve Brodie. This film was produced by RKO and released in 1947. Lew Landers directs.

The Second Feature is “Lawless Valley” with George O’Brien, Walter Miller, Kay Sutton and Fred Kohler, Sr. It was also produced by RKO and released in 1938. This feature was directed by David Howard.

And finally, we’ll also view Chapter 12 of our serial for the season, “The Phantom Empire” starring Gene Autry, Frankie Darro and Betsy King Ross.

The Old Cowpoke has scheduled the following flicks for the April meeting:

Sunset Carson starring in “The Cherokee Flash.” Produced by Republic Pictures in 1945, the film also features Linda Stirling, Tom London and Roy Barcroft. Thomas Carr directed.

The second feature will be “The Last Horseman” featuring Russell Hayden, Dub Taylor, Ann Savage, Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys. This film was produced by Columbia and released in 1944. William Berke directed.

And last, but certainly not least, we’ll continue our serial adventure with Gene Autry, Frankie Darrow and Betsy King Ross as we view chapters 10 and 11 of “The Phantom Empire.”
