With Christmas just around the corner, make sure your holiday plans include Wanderin’ West Productions’ “Christmas Round-Up Celebration” in loving memory of Milo Holt. The round-up will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Charlie’s Music Barn from 10:00 a.m. until. . .

You can find Charlie’s barn on Hillside Road in Siler City, NC.

The celebration features music, western movies, comedy, prizes and food. You can also see Randy Boone, star of the silver screen and TV, in person. Also, Carolina Rose and the Bluegrass Girls will provide musical entertainment along with the Rocky River Cowboys and The Tom Mix Rangers. And, best of all, Santa Claus will be there!

Come one, come all and enjoy some good wholesome Western Christmas fun! And don’t forget the kids and grandkids!

Actor James Best at Milo Holt Western Film Festival

James Best is most known for his acting role as Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane on the 1980’s hit show “The Dukes of Hazzard,” but he is also an accomplished artist. He will be appearing at the Milo Holt Western Film Festival on Friday and Saturday, May 18-19 in Siler City.

An art show sponsored by North Carolina Art Incubators/PAF Gallery will feature James’s work at 223D North Chatham Ave., Siler City, NC. Meet James at an Art Reception on May 18 from 6 – 9 PM. The PAF Gallery will display his artwork until May 30, 2012.
