Howdy Buckaroos and Buckarettes!

The day is fast approaching for the 7th Annual Milo Holt Western Festival! The Festival will be celebrated on Saturday, May 19 and starts at 10:00 am. The Town of Siler City is a major sponsor and is placing a bouncy house, giant slide, and obstacle course inflatables on Chatham Street for the event. The Festival will also sponsor a kid’s Stick Pony Rodeo and an American Indian Games Adventure.

In addition to celebrating Milo Holt, we will also celebrate the 80th Birthday of Red Ryder and the 95th Birthday of Peggy Stewart.

Chief Steve Silverheels and Paige “Owl Woman” Metzgar will preside over the American Indian Adventures. It’s going to be an exciting and full day of Western Heritage.

David Hunter has provided the following details:

  • Festival Flyer
  • Festival Schedule
  • Western Film Flyer
  • Festival Map
  • Kid’s Stick Pony Rodeo

Hope to see you there!
